We love the archway. BUT there were screws and bolts missing from the pack and one of the crossbar had a screw inset too small for the screw.  These necessitated a 5okm round trip to Bunnings for replacements. Tried to ring Brunnings who make Gardman but no one to take a call. Poor service spoiled a good product.

We purchased two basket trees from Bunning based on the description on the box which indicated the product of "strong black metal construction" and "made of strong tubular steel". This is false advertising as they are of weak construction and struggle to stand up with four light baskets. the weak joints make for poor construction. Extremely disappointed in this product.

Although it took a while to get through , my issue once acknowledged was resolved promptly and with courtesy.
