Massive shoutout to Josh at Joyce Mayne Toowoomba. From top notch service and a genuine interest in making sure that I got what I needed when I bought my camera, to going above and beyond to track down the purchase details and serial number from the manufacturer to pass on to the police when it was stolen this week, Josh has been amazing. Nothing was too much, nothing was too hard. Joyce Mayne made what I thought was going to be a headache super simple.

Helpful staff that go the extra mile. Went there to check out computers, explained what I was after, they didn't have it, located the computer I was after and gave me a great special price. Had dhopped other stores so I knew what was on offer and what they were charging. Great service and great deals!

I purchased a new fridge for my business over the phone and staff members Mel & Robyn were both so friendly and helpful and very accommodating in organising delivery and payment, all without a fuss. They made my shopping experience such a pleasure. Thank you Mel & Robyn!! I definitely will be shopping with you again!

The new store has a good friendly feeling as soon as you enter. The service was cheerful and the staff ever so helpful. The new layout is better making it easier to find what you are shopping for.

Huge range, larger than most (if not all) in the area. Friendly service, gave good advise and informed me of ongoing sales and deals. Definitely my new go-to for electronic goods.
