It was our first time trying this restaurant and definitely not the last! We ordered the seafood platter for two and it was delicious! Inclusive of a whole lobster, bugs, oysters and more. We were so happy with everything, and to top it off the signature cocktails were also great! Great service and the staff were friendly! 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for good seafood, and a beautiful place to sit on the harbour!
This restaurant serves you variety of seafood dishes, classic meals and awesome cocktails. There have many gluten-free options on menu as well. Highlights were Coconut Prawns Salad and Charcoal-grilled Giant Octopus. Staff is attentive, love the decor of this place and a view of the water is perfect. Give them a try!
It was our first time trying this restaurant and definitely not the last! Great service, the staff were friendly and the manager came to our table checking if everything is good! We ordered "Rock Oysters, Garlic Bread and Salt&Pepperberry Calamari" as starters and "Squid Ink Seafood Linguine and Signature Crust Fish Chowder" for main, we thought it won't be enough but we were surprised with the big portions and the quality! DELICIOUS Ambience Service Food Hygiene
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and has good food. Except the service was bad and it took very long for our order to be taken. Then it took quite long for our drinks and food to arrive. So long that we were the last ones to leave and we were not the last ones to arrive. And when our order did arrive, some things were messed up. It's really a shame, because the food was quite nice. Like the swordfish was really good, however the menu is also more on the pricey side. So if they improve on their service it might be worth a try.
Fantastic service by rather waitresses and manager. The food and drinks were served quickly. Great selection of dishes and cocktails on the menu. I enjoyed my tasty squid ink pasta and spicy margarita but my friends found their food mediocre. Busy venue and was not too loud.
Food was good, fresh. Servings are a great size! Kids meals are lovely. Cocktails were on point, pricey but really large!! I would have liked the booths to be a bit cleaner but otherwise tables, cutlery and plates were clean. Great for lunch! Kid-friendliness: Kids serving sizes were massive, chips were delicious and for $16 also comes with a soft drink.
We had lunch here a few weekends ago. The grilled swordfish entree was delicious! Pasta and lobster were both generous in portion for the price. We had a lovely lunch date despite the gloomy and wet weather. The deco in the restaurant is lovely and definitely Instagrammable!
The food, service and atmosphere were amazing! We had sweet potato chips, octopus for starters and the prawn linguine for main dish. And 2 cocktails. White, clean theme of the restaurant was very beautiful. It would be great to go their with the family.
A wonderful welcome to Sydney the other month. First time visiting Darling Harbour, walk-in, no reservation. Was met with great service from the staff as they managed to squeeze myself and my partner in. Gin and tonics, pasta and seafood, all of it was hot and fresh. Prepared and cooked to perfection, flavours balanced wonderfully. The swordfish belly blew me away and was particularly memorable. Scenic and lovely waterfront presentation, such a great place to be on a sunny day.
Location is great. You get a good view of darling harbour. Staff are pleasant but not very proactive. For example one of the waiters walked past our table saw the empty oyster shells and empty water jug and then just walked past. The communal sink was broken and there was a sign saying to just use the sink in the women’s bathroom. Very awkward when it’s busy and there are multiple people needing to go to the bathroom. Food took forever to come out. We were supposed to get wine on arrival from the experience we purchased and did not get it at all. We waited at least 30-45 mins between each course. On the plus the lobster was delicious and so were the Brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries. But for $300 I could have went down the road to epicurean and had an all you can eat buffet seafood lunch with change left over.
