Excellent customer service and a great experience and great prices and good honest knowledge there all about a passion not about the money

I've been here twice, first time they changed over a tube for me and were so quick to help me. The second time I was after a bike, it took 3 people to look at a bike on the high shelf and all 3 said they couldn't get it down for me to look at. They didn't size me up and tried saying a 15 inch is big enough, by eyeing it, but I needed 17 inch. They tried saying that a males bike is the same thing as a females, even when I said but it has the straight bar that I'd fall onto when I tried to stand up, they seemed cranky that I wanted a females bike and wasn't interested in a males. Many people have had great service, maybe I caught all 4-5 people there on a bad day. All good though, I went to another bike store and got amazing service and bought a bike.

Great service. Emailed them early morning and received a response within 5 minutes. 
Went to shop to get tyre tubes and he fitted them for me 😊

Knowledge and service that is head and shoulders above anyone else. I live in Sydney and the entire experience of buying from Jonny was second to none. In the 18 months since, they continue to be the very best go to for everything mountain biking, being responsive, knowledgeable and above all passionate about everything they do. From replacement parts, upgrades and expert guidance they are a stark contrast to the faceless anonymous online retailers and I have no hesitation in recommending them as absolutely 1st class.
