Worst customer service. Purchased a bike off the rack, they had to undo my brakes and tyre for it to fit in the car - no explanation how to get it back together and didn't even help load it in my car. Just took it apart and said see ya! No help?? I Pulled a muscle in my shoulder loading it back up for them to fix my brakes - AWFUL service. How am I supposed to know how to assemble a bike with no manual?nDo NOT RECCOMEND.

I recently bought my bike from Anaconda and the experience was excellent. The bike was on sale and they didn’t have stock, but they were able to source one from another store quicker than waiting for more stock. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct bike for the purpose I needed. They also put the bike together too which was great.
