2/11/25 9:40am dealt with the rudest cashier and manager! With the cashier interrupting me while I am talking with my partner and pulling faces when I am talking. Rudest interaction i have had there, the manager has no customer service skill and the store usually is fantastic, just two extremely rude employees that dont know anything about customer service can ruin a store. Train all your staff better and get better store managers. But if the manager is useless I guess you can't expect much from staff?
Don't buy from them online. Ordered a backpack as a Christmas gift on 29th November. It was in stock. It's now December 16th, and it still hasn't been shipped. Repeated contact with customer service phone and email has resulted in canned response that they are looking at it. No communication, no idea of a shipping timeframe even though it's been over two weeks since ordering. They haven't shipped the order, can't tell me when they will - and are refusing to cancel it and issue a refund.nAs soon as it gets here it will be going back for a refund on principle. I'm absolutely fuming.

This store is my favourite Anaconda in South East Qld. They just seem to have things I want that other stores either don't stock or are out of stock.
I recently bought my bike from Anaconda and the experience was excellent. The bike was on sale and they didn’t have stock, but they were able to source one from another store quicker than waiting for more stock. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped me choose the correct bike for the purpose I needed. They also put the bike together too which was great.
