Firstly, I spend a lot of money on getting my hair done. I have been to plenty of very reputable salons in Australia and always do my research before going to a new salon. I was talking to a girl that studies at the Joey Scandizzo acadamy about my hair and even though the reviews for this salon are quite appalling, I thought I would give it a shot as she obviously spoke quite highly about it. Surprise, surprise... I was let down. I called the day of my appointment saying I was going to be a little late due to track works, only to find out that someone had given me the wrong appointment time, which meant I was going to be VERY late to my appointment. The girl I talked to on the phone treated me so rudely, was very unforgiving, made it feel like it was my fault and clearly didn't care. Who would trust a salon that has someone like that working for them? Definitely not me. Anyway, long story short... they weren't able to do my hair!! This was my first impression of this salon!! Appalling customer service and I hadn't even stepped foot in the door. In my opinion, if you expect people to pay good money for their hair, especially people that have the potential to be loyal customers and keep coming back, it doesn't matter how busy the salon is, or whether the person is a celebrity or not, treat people with respect or employ people that have some social intelligence and are good with people. I don't intend on ever getting my hair done here again, there are plenty of salons that I'm sure would be a lot more caring than this place and I won't hesitate to recommend against going to this salon if anyone ever asked.

I recently moved to Melbourne and after hours of researching hairdressers, I settled on this one due to it supposedly being one of the best in Melbourne. My colour turned out nice, however the customer service was absolutely horrible. *edit: after one wash my colour faded terribly as though all the toner washed out - extremely unimpressed* My appointment was booked wrong in the system and the hairdresser was so rude to me about it, as though it was my fault. I was rushed through my consultation with a girl who was extremely condescending about how I wanted my colour done. Throughout the process there was not a single check in from the colourist about how the process was going (this is standard everywhere I've ever had my hair done). The receptionist was the only friendly person in the salon, and even noticed that I'd been waiting a long time after my heat processing had finished, and reminded the hairdresser to come check on me. Save your dignity (and your money) and go to a salon that doesn't treat their customers like an imposition on their day.

What an amazing experience! Such friendly staff. The BEST CUT AND COLOUR I have had in years. The scalp massage was amazing as well! Def recommend Adele for gorgeous colour and Joseph for an amazing cut

Bad attitude , unprofessional & poor manner for what they did to my jacket just because I came back to complain about my scalp was burn and sensitive after bleaching process. How come such a big brand name let his staff ruined his reputation by let them destroyed my jacket. Be careful , better check your coat/jacket before you take it back if you let them hang for you. If they don't like you for any reason, they make sure you cry for it. My jacket is completely destroyed , i didn't notice because the girl put it on for me, i thought it was nice of her. I found out when I got home. Why would you did it guys? For what? It was a gift from my passed away friend...
