The message was GREAT! She did a little more talking than I would’ve liked but she suggested other things I do to release muscle tension in between message sessions. The front waiting area is more like a doctors office waiting room, it could use more ambience relaxing music, soft lighting, aromatherapy since it is a message business. They did accept my expired Groupon and I just paid the difference. I would HIGHLY suggest booking online because NOBODY ever answers the phone! They do call to confirm your appointment a few days before hand which was a plus because I had forgotten what date I set the appointment for!
Massage therapists are great and always friendly as well as accommodating. Booking appointments online or in-person is easy.
Brandi consistently provides amazing massages. As a matter of fact, she's the reason I signed up for their monthly membership! Deanna provides great massages too. Jobonga isn't as plush as the place I used to go to but the quality of the massages are way better. I highly recommend Jobonga!
First of all there was no one at the reception for a long time. therapist arrived 5 minutes late. Started massage 10 minutes after the appointed time but finished on exact time she was looking at watch only She did not do very good massage for my hands and legs, I don know exactly what she was doing. ultimately she did my neck massage which was also very questionable. She did a good back massage. But overall I did not like it.
Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist! My husbands' and my wedding anniversary is coming up so we wanted to do something nice and try something new. We saw Groupon had vouchers on sale for massages and so we both thought, "Why not?" I booked two massages, via Jobonga Massage Spa's Website: one for my husband and one for myself in two different time slots that the website said was available. Wrong. I received a call from the receptionist Jackie stating that the slot I had booked for myself was already taken and she wanted to know if I could come in the next day. That was no problem, I just needed to talk to my husband first because the original book date was our anniversary. Jackie got super snippy really fast. I asked if they had any openings maybe earlier in the week instead of the original book date. Instead of being helpful or even just kindly directing me back to the website, she said, "Can't you just use the website to look because I'm busy trying to check out other customers right now." Really?!?! REALLY?!?! The website screwed up in the first place and I didn't want to book on top of another guest's time slot again. I would like to be able to review the quality of the massages given, but I couldn't even get in the front door. Never again will we even consider this place. They obviously don't want business or to make repeat customers.
People who know me well consider me a stressed out guy who carries everything on my shoulders. On Saturday for the first time ever I bought myself a hot stone massage. The staff, the room and the massage was great. Kristin made me feel very comfortable and did an excellent job. My back has never felt better. Even my friends last night kept asking me why I was so relaxed and I just kept telling them how pleased I was with the hot stone massage. If you want to relax go here! Great place a massage!
Becky Everson is THE best massage therapist I have EVER had in my entire life and I am no stranger to professional massages. I have never felt compelled to return to any particular therapist nor send the company owner an email afterwards to let them know what a prize they have and to share with them my experience - I simply have not cared enough to do so until today. What a true and amazing talent. From now on, I will be scheduling each and every massage and other potential services in the future specifically with her and I will schedule on a regular and frequent basis. Not only is she wonderful at what she does but she has a special gift for making people feel COMPLETELY comfortable and relaxed. What a sweet and unforgettable woman. She just earned a lifetime client. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any service specialist across multiple industries. My loyalty will always be with her - Jobonga is very lucky to have someone with such an undeniable set of skills and irrefutable abilities. She is the perfect person for this profession with her natural aptitude for customer service and massage therapy. I can tell she loves what she does and I will definitely be coming back - a LOT. Thank you, Becky, for such a wonderful afternoon and memorable experience!
I have been receiving massage therapy for over 30 years in the 5 different states I have lived as well as in my travels. So, I know good and bad massage therapy. I have been going to Jobonga Massage since they opened and can freely say that Jobonga has the very talented therapist that are also kind and thoughtful people. They have helped me so much with my chronic pain, I trust them all implicitly and am so blessed to have a long standing relationship with them. Each of the 3 therapist that I regularly use, knows my needs well, always works on my problem areas, and I always feel so much better after my session. If you are looking for a good massage, call them now, I promise you will be pleased from the moment you walk in the door.
