My partner and I attended for a 1 hour massage in the couple's room. All of the staff we met were very friendly and professional, and we left feeling pampered and significantly more relaxed. The only small downside was that during our massage we could hear shoppers in Myer laughing and chatting which did affect the atmosphere a little. However I appreciate that this isn't the fault of the staff at Ayurve. Otherwise a lovely experience.

I went for facial before my wedding last November as it was a gift from my girlfriends. It was a long time ago but one of my girlfriend just asked if it's worth going and I thought I will share my experience. No I do not recommend it! I was running late due to work, so I couldn't go in 10 mins earlier to fill in my my details but I did get to Myer by my appointment time. As I am walking around inside Myers unable to find Ayurve Spa, I called and instead of giving my direction of where to go, the beauty therapist insist on telling me because I am late my treatment will be cut short - this is all understandable but she could have saved it till I was actually there. And when I finally found the place, she told me she will charge partially depending on time and the remaining amount I can use it for next time which is fair. I filled in the form as fast as I can but she took her time collecting my form and showing me to the room. The facial was nice, but while she was doing extraction she asked me "Do you wash your face regularly?" which I found very rude! Like I'm really dirty or something... When it was done the receptionist told me she couldn't not find my gift card number as she usually doesn't work as receptionist therefore cannot give me the remaining balance I didn't use. She confirmed my contact details and said she will email it to me, and that never happened but it's okay because I don't want to go back again anyway.

The best clinic of the city. All the therapists are very professional, friendly and welcome all the time. The salon is very clean and the rooms comfortable. I had wax done few times and Daniela is very qualified, fast and attentive to my requests. Also the wax was painless. Highly recommended!!!

Looking for a good wax in Sydney? I inquired at a few places, I wanted a wax on short notice. The lady on reception replied to my emails immediately on the Sunday and did her very best to accommodate me. She really went above and beyond and was so professional. The wax therapist, Anita, was exceptional. She did a fantastic, thorough, and painless job. The staff are amazing I highly recommend this place.

Ayurve Spa is a lovely relaxing place for a bit of pampering. The two beauty therapists that I had were lovely and very professional. I received a deep cleansing facial with dermalogica products that has left my skin looking and feeling amazing and I got some excellent advice about how to take care of my skin properly this winter. I was also there for a relaxation massage & she did an amazing job - especially on my neck which was so sore prior. I will definitely be going back in the future!

I had a 75 minutes pregnancy massage. I enjoyed relaxing music and nicely dark and clean room which made me feel good. However, the room temperature was too low for spending for 75 minutes in naked just had a towel to cover my body and this made me sick. I had a cold/flu for 5 days. Moreover I worried about the development of my baby so much because I had high fever as well. This result in taking some days off from work and resting at home. I would strongly advise the business managers to review the massage room temperature especially for pregnant women as it can be harmful rather than relaxing.

I called before hand and had no trouble finding them in must at the back of ladyswear with the personal shopper, and they recommended we arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete our paperwork. I was exceptionally happy with couples package I purchased, the body scrub was done in 2 stages which was lovely, a dry rub, then a wet rub and removed with hot towels, the massages were purely for relaxation and simple but very well executed and the therapists checked if the pressure was ok often, the facial was again simple but they did only have half an hour but lovely, cleanser, toner, scrub, mist, mask, moisturizer. I left feeling very pampered and relaxed which was the purpose of this visit, I’d definitely look into other personalised treatments here. My partner and I were seen too my Megan and Dianne I think haha I’m not great with names. I’d be particularly interested in visiting them again for some Ayurvedic therapy.

Unfortunately I've been left a little disappointed after my first visit. I had a facial which was nice but at the same time I had a pedicure and the lady cut my toe in two places one right behind the nail which is now actually quite sore. She then proceeded to rub it with antiseptic thinking I hadn't noticed the stinging. She then applied warm paraffin which only made it worse. The lady at reception was nice when I showed her and seemed quite shocked so gave me the 25 dollar pedicure for free thank you but I was still charged 50 for the paraffin. Such a shame as I went here to avoid this exact kind of issue which you'd expect at a cheap salon. Hopefully this was a one off as most reviews seem great.

Had an facial treatment due to acne and I got amazing help. Not only with which products to use but also about how my lifestyle affected my skin and overall health. My skin cleared up a lot and the staff was so professional and had great knowledge of what they were doing. Thank you for your help and I will definitely come back! Marie.
