This is the first time we've used an airport shuttle service. The transfer was to and from Jindalee to Brisbane International Airport. Jeffrey Thong arrived on time at our home address for the pick-up in a comfortable people mover vehicle, provided complimentary bottles of water for the journey and drove safely and courteously. On the return journey 7½ weeks later, without further communication in the interim, Jeffrey was waiting for us inside the terminal for our 6:15am arrival. As it turned out, he was also picking up another couple from a suburb near ours who have used his services on several previous occasions and have been similarly impressed by his reliability, efficiency and very pleasant manner. My comments are unsolicited, but reflect our very high level of satisfaction with his service.

Pick up was from Bellbowrie to International airport terminal. Mr Thong was early, polite, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend J J Thong Tours for all your airport transfer and tour needs. Deans Family
