Just want to thank Murray's for their fantastic experience over the past week with our touring group. All the drivers that we had (Steve, Spiro, Bruce, Craig, Neville, Michael) were completely accommodating with our changing itinerary and their personalities and friendliness made the tour an absolute pleasure for all involved. Found the trip up to Toowoomba very enjoyable but the trip but was very uncomfortable due to the air conditioner not being high enough....it was very hot being on a low setting and lots of people being on the bus made it very uncomfortable

Bring heavily pregnant and with a hear 3 year old in tow, I've got to admit I was not thrilled about my Brisbane to Toowoomba trip today. I've had a complete turn around though since finding driver and reception staff to be so lovely, friendly and helpful and the bus really quite comfortable. My little daughter is loving sitting up the front and the novelty should keep her entertained the whole way! Thank you for having us.

Hah you get the feeling. Come to rank 5 stars and everyone's beaten me to the punch. Theres a rewards program, buy certain number ticlets to gwt a free trip. My first time to use MURRAYS.. BNE to TWB Friendly staff, Booking online was a synch. The greeting got at main terminal was warm. Price paid was exceptional for the non refundable ticket, $26 vs $41 (other). Quiet. Comfortable ride. 1 stop made. Left 3pm arrived few minutes over, so not complaining. Will definitely travel again.

Well, I hate to be the one to be boringly consistent, but I come from a land down under (aka Canberra) where Murray's is part of the furniture. Meanwhile, up the north side the Tweed, if you ever go across the Roma Street to Brisbane Transit Centre, mayhaps you'll have the great pleasure of being served by Shaye at the Murray's Coaches counter. Lucky you! Customer service with a capital C U S T O M ok, you get the picture! 😚
