Pathetic helpline. Called several times for information about school bus passes and never succeeded to talked to anyone - don't know why they've put their contact number (07) 3288 1333 on their website. Just wasting people's time.

The 522 is always late in the mornings and afternoons and sometimes it can be over an hour late leaving school kids Stranded for over an hour, why is this happening so often on this line???

After losing my wallet on the bus (my fault). I rang them, but due to their slim trading hours I was unable to get through. The next day I ask a bus driver about where they would put lost and found and he was clueless - didn't even know their trading hours. After that I tried ringing numerous times, in and out of trading hours with no response, and since they are not open on weekends, not only can I not get my go card in a reasonable amount of time, but I also have no identity. If the company was more organised, I would have received my wallet already.

Bus 92 tried to intentionally run me and my partner of the road into the footpath 23.3.2017 and I tried to ring threw to complaints and your phone number is disconnected. Maybe you should just get fat lazy drivers who think there above the law and think they can just run people off the road
