I've been trying for years to find a dentist that I loved and have put off dental visits because I didn't have one. I was recommended to Jin Chan by a friend and am so glad I went. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming and Jin Chan has a fantastic chairside manner. Very calm and gentle, explains everything and tells it to you straight so that you know exactly what to expect and what you need to get done. You will not walk out of this dentist confused or ignorant. Have booked again to get all my teeth the attention they need and deserve. Highly recommend.

One of the worst dental experiences of my life, the lady dentist was so rough my mouth was sore for weeks afterwards and the nurse was so rude she traumatized me by saying "that's disgusting" when she had to do the suction (obviously not a pleasant job but don't need to make customers feel highly uncomfortable by verbalizing your feelings towards the job you chose to do and have been trained for). My friend also had a terrible experience here and we both won't ever be going back.

What a fantastic experience having my teeth done with Jin. So professional and helpful and she fixed something from my last dentist very quickly. Highly recommend her

Great service all around! My files were quickly transferred and my appointment went smoothly with the dentist. The reception were highly effective and my health insurance receipt sorted.
