BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD After a long substantial fear of Dentists I have found the Endodontic Group to be exceptional in their care and treatment in what would usually be a horrifying experience for me. Their explanations of the treatment and what to expect partnered with their professionalism and genuine patient care has left me feeling confident in their abilities, they are certainly at the top of their field. I would have no hesitation in returning to this practice again should I ever need further root canal treatments, and I will be recommending that family and friends do the same. Thank you for providing me with my first positive dental experience!

Today I had root canal treatment, I never thought I'd say that. After fearing dentists for 30 years I had no idea how I would go. All I knew was the pain from my tooth was unbearable and I really wanted to save it. I was amazed at how they managed to numb the area and do the procedure and I was pain free the whole time, and as I write this 10 hours later, I'm still pain free. I can't thank Dr Gentner enough. So if you're a nervous wreck like me on how you'd ever cope - trust me - it won't hurt and they'll do an amazing job!

A most enjoyable dental experience. Donna provided a welcoming & professional waiting room/reception experience. Matthew & Tracy were an outstanding dental team and I would not hesitate to return. I'm very appreciative for their efforts.

Thankfully my experience never got beyond a consultation. Had a possible cracked tooth hidden under a filling which might need root canal work. He gave a diagnosis without removing the filling and seeing if the crack was deep enough to warrant a root canal, but decided that I did indeed need a root canal which would cost me $2600. None of this, "Let's see what's happening below the filling and then discuss options". There was no mention of options at all. Nope. It was going to be $2600 because according to him I needed root canal work. Needless to say I was suspicious and felt I was being swindled. I decided to go to another endodontist who lo and behold said "Let's have a look under the filling and see what we're dealing with". And wouldn't you know, the crack wasn't nearly deep enough to warrant a root canal. It ran horizontally in a corner of the tooth and was dealt with quickly and easily. Total cost $450. As the old saying goes 'It pays to shop around'. Endodontic Group are just price gouging plain and simple.

Dr Matthew Gentner and his staff are amazing !This kind man offered to see me in his lunch hour as an emergency apt. I was feeling frayed to a frazzle and in a lot of pain.Mr Gentner had a lovely manner and explained all my options .The procedure was painless and effective.Feeling grateful, thank you so much .
