He would have to be the worst dentist. My daughter had a terrible experience by a very cold and rude dentist and nurse. They gladly took $160 after a few minutes of him prodding roughly at her painful tooth and gave a prescription for antibiotics, that the chemist was shocked why he would prescribe this type for this kind of infection. And it isn't even available anymore unless she went to Helensvale. Will never return there again after such bad dental treatment,
Very grateful that Dr Derek was able to fit us in on short notice for my 11yo son in a heap of pain. Lovely friendly dentist, highly recommended.
I’ve been to going to Hains Dental over the past several years now and have always been satisfied with the services provided by Derek and his team. Whether it be for a regular check-up or to have a filling done, I’ve always had a good experience.
Derek has been my dentist forever and does amazing work. Just had a broken tooth fixed and it looks great. I highly recommend Derek for any dentistry work at a affordable price.
Bad experience, very dissatisfied with Derek's work, spent just under $5000 and now have to visit another dentist.
It was the the most comfortable I've ever been in a dental office. It was quick and easy!
