It was at one time really good down to earth aussies now owned by a bloke who barely speaks English told me to F off because I didn’t place phone order says he’s busy but only has 2 others waiting but refuses to employ at least 1 other. Wife is nice and tries to be nice but if I could I’d chuck old mate in the fryer. Bad food over priced went from employing 5 -6 people now just the owner and his wife food takes 40-60min for dog food.
I should have looked at the reviews. The cod is so thin, the crispy cover is not tasty as well as the chips they leave a weird taste in your mouth as well. I am super disappointed... Dinner ended in the trash and on the photos of menu it said $29 for 4 cod family pack and chips I was charged $41?Food: 1/5
Very disappointing. Flake was $10 and inedible. Dry, rubbery and disgusting my dogs seemed to enjoy it. Was told 25 min wait ended up being 40 min. I saw 1 staff drop a dimsim and then continued to pick it up and place it in the order. That was enough for me. Never again wouldn't recommend.
I called jimbos to place an order and the owner was extremely rude. I had a big order for my family and he was rushing me and telling me to hurry up because he’s busy. I ended up hanging up on him because of how rude he was and then went into his store and my partner went in. The owner then asked my partner if he had a phone order to which he responded no and then owner told him to go away because he’s busy. The chips were cold and had obviously been cooked in very old oil. No chicken salt on the chips. I couldn’t give 0 stars so Jimbos gets a 1. Awful service and awful food
Id give it 0 stars if that were an option. Owner over charges on everything and when I asked why the price is wrong he verbally abuse threw the food in the bin then Ran out the store continuing the verbal abuse. Don’t not go here you will wast your money.
My dad decided to get some crumbed scallops and prawn from this random fish and chips place literally no one knows about. Tasted like absolute trash AND not to mention over priced. Was Disgusting food, please do us a favour and close down your restaurant
Fantastic chips, the fish is good too but the chips are always great. The staff are really friendly. They have good deals and combos. I would recommend to anyone looking for fish and chips in Pacific Pines.
Owners are the nicest people on the planet super friendly and amazing customer service. The chips and actually everything is delicious yum. Highly recommend a regular visit for the best fish and chips and best customer service. You won't regret it and be definitely back again.
Chips were good, but all 5 pieces of fish were not nice, had to give to dogs, tasted like rubber gumboot, batter was non existent, disappointed....won't be going here again....better fish n chips up the road in oxenford
Quite expensive, medium chips and piece of flake that was as tough as rubber ! 21 bucks. Seriously ! Chips were nice though.
