Just visiting Tauranga. Dropped into Jett’s Bethlehem. Friendly staff on site gave me a free workout!! good machines and free weights not too busy other gym goers friendly all at different levels enjoying a Saturday morning workout. Definitely the kind of gym everyone would enjoy.
Enjoyed the use of the gym while here and never had any bad experiences. I would like to suggest an update to the membership portal in providing relevant details for customers such as Membership Status, Payment Details, direct links to DebitSuccess and any other ideas customers may find helpful. Navigating the online portal could save business and client time with useful information easily accessible. Other than that, the gym equipment was pretty decent and the club manager is approachable and helpful. Were it not for needing more space to exercise, I very well may have stayed.

Jetts Bethlehem is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is always spotless and the members are very good at cleaning the equipment after use. It is great value for money. Thank you
Have been at this gym for 8-years all the managers have been outstanding amazing but the new manager is shocking he's never there he never cleans the place he never maintains it and everyone's complaining that they can't sign up because he's never there gym's gone downhill would not recommend have just left
The gym equipment is good, only issue to downgrade my score is the type and excessive volume of the non- stop music played 24-7. Management are looking at this issue now. Most patrons wear their own head phones etc so do not want the music. Hope Jetts make the necessary changes.
I have nothing to compare Jetts to as this is my first gym. The staff are friendly and the gym has always been clean when using the equipment. There are a few cleaning stations for gym user to use after using equipment as well which is a plus. Toilets have showers so you can use them if needed. The gym has never really felt overly busy either so there will always be equipment available to use.
Gym is good but staff is rude specially morning staff
Standard Jetts gym. Kept clean, various equipment available - weights and cardio. Free weight dumbells up to 40kg. One adjustable barbell available on bench rest are smaller, non-adjustable - up to 40kg. No squat rack. 3 bathrooms/showers. Not busy when I went 8-10pm.
