Yep. I go here. Nights normally. The nights are quiet...just a handful of people. This means the equipment is always available. It's not a mega gym and no personal trainers that I have ever seen. But it's just a good place for a workout at you own pace.
I rate this gym. It's just a gym. No classes, no personal trainers. Just weights and weight machines. So if you go here you are already self actualized and simply focused on your personal routine.
Its hard to find a gym like this, real old school type gym, the owner is a good guy and knows everything about muscle and strength, open 24/7 and cheapest gym in Tauranga.
It's not the flashiest or the biggest but if you want a serious gym with great friendly members, motivation and solid advice built on years of experience and training this is the place to go. A real gym for real results. Still the best Gym I have ever belonged to.
Great old school gym! Brenden is an awesome down to earth guy, willing to help out with great knowledge to share. Great non pretentious members of all ages. 24/7 so workout on your own schedule at any time.
