Had been a member here since they started here. Gym had renovated or reorganised a couple of times but still as good as it looks. Many managers come and go and they are all friendly and helpful. Our current manager Tristan is great. If you need help or advice, just speak to him. If he is not in, send him a text and you would definitely get a response. The gym equipments are well maintained and there’s something for everyone. Free weights, stations, cardio machines, stretching mats, etc. need a PT, recommendation for one, speak to Tristan. Overall, great gym to work out. Most non peak times you might get the whole gym to yourself. However during peak hours, you would still get to use most equipments, most gym members here are friendly and accommodating. If you have problems with stairs, facing hungry jacks Jetts has a lift!
Absolutely love this gym! Took me many years to get into going consistently to the gym and without Tristan I wouldn't have done it! So much awesome helpful advice on getting into weightlifting and now I can't find myself trying to stay out of the gym! Super helpful staff and trainers always willing to offer a helping hand if needed, great equipment and people have great gym etiquette! 10/10 recommend. And a big thank you to Tristan, perfect example of everything you'd expect and want from a gym manager/PT.
An absolutely amazing gym with great atmosphere manager Tristan always so friendly always greeting you with a smile by far the best gym I’ve been to, feel so comfortable personal trainer Caitlyn Penrose is so wonderful and amazing always encouraging me and boosting my confidence she has been so amazing with helping me achieve my goals definitely recommend this gym and personal trainer
I’ve been going here for a few months now and it is a quality gym with amazing staff, especially Tristan . Have found the atmosphere to be welcoming and it has all the equipment you need. Definitely recommend jetts Berwick to anyone.
Really good environment to workout in, and very well priced. Has all the fundamental gym equipment you’d need, and the staff are always super friendly. Haven’t had a bad experience here

It's been hard to find the right gym, I honestly gave up until a friend recommended me to check out this gym and that the manger Tristan was a top bloke and extremely helpful, so I had to check it out and they were not wrong! Tristan was very helpful and guided me through movements I was not familiar with and I left knowing I'll definitely be back Great atmosphere and great manager!!
An amazing gym experience with stellar service. The PT, Tristan, goes above and beyond to create a motivating, welcoming and friendly environment for all involved and makes going to gym a great experience. A great PT and gym all round!
I signed up to the gym recently with the goal to rehabilitate an injury. From day 1, Tristan has gone above and beyond by providing excellent customer service and offering assistance in the gym where possible. Not only does he possess a great wealth of knowledge and experience, he has a very welcoming presence in the gym.
