A great place to train. I find working out in a group really stimulates your efforts. Functional training means you will feel more flexible, agile and stronger. Lost 8kg in 8 weeks during a challenge. Only downside: I wish they'd advocate the use of towels. Not everyone uses one, and I've been to other F45 studios that won't even let you train without towel.
