The staff at JC Travel were exceptional in their service and their professionalism.  Nothing was a problem.  We changed our arrangements a few times and they were prompt with their responses, giving us many options to choose from and following up to make sure all was OK.  Rowena continually kept in touch the whole way through the process.  Top marks to a great company!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Inadequate communication, over price charges and frequently made mistakes. Worst of all, they won't do anything about my complains.

I booked online at JC Travel for my trip back from Geneva to Sydney and had to make a number of changes due to weather and airline issues.  Despite the fact that I booked online, JC Travel's provided me excellent offline support.  Thank you for all your help. I am very grateful.
