helloworld Winston Hills

My friend and I are planning a trip to Antarctica and were hoping to work with Helloworld Winston Hills to purchase our trip through them. Scott was the agent assigned to us. He was reluctant to provide quotation by email through phone conversation and suggested me to make a physical visit to office. I explained to him that I work full-time and it was preferable to be able to view itineraries and quotes before an in-person consultation. Eventually he was agreeable to emailing quotes. Upon receiving these, I immediately took a half day off from work and paid a visit with my travel partner to their store. We did some further research and adjusted the quote during our meeting. However, upon asking for an updated quotation, Scott bluntly refuse to provide this, advising that an updated quote would only be made available in writing if we were able to confirm the booking immediately. We were just stunned!

A big thank you to Scott at Winston Hills. His enthusiasm, proficiency and understanding of my travel requirements were greatly appreciated. He certainly was a pleasure to deal with!
