I had been into Flight centre Baulkham Hills to make a booking for a south east asia holiday for my husband and myself I was told I had to make a booking by Alfina and return which I did, upon my return for a booked appointment with Alfina I was left to sit unattended as Alfina was on the phone with another customer and after 25 mins of me sitting waiting she said can you come back in half hour , my response was I made a booking as requested as you don't take walk ins and you still are too busy to attend to my booking : so NO thanks ill go elsewhere. Not even an apology for the inconvenience caused.
I went to flight centre in Baulkham hills regarding information to my trip , two ladies was busy with Costomers so I took place to sit waiting until one of them to be free .one of costumer left and the staff started to talk over the phone left me more than 15 minutes to turn to me and to say if I have booking appointment and I said no and told her I didn't know i have to make booking . Very bad Costumer service and doesnt know how respect the time for people as I was in my Lunch break when I came to store . free suddenly one if them f
I would have been more than happy to make an appointment if advised on arrival, but to be told she was way too busy and a waste of her time to assist me that was a real insult.
All I can say don't book your holidays with this shop thay are very misleading and rip you off with prices and travel credit you are better off booking online you can get the same terms and conditions for a hell of a lot cheaper I never use these con artists again
I purchased my ticket in Jan 22 from a lady called Georgia Bow. Closer to my flight in April I needed to get in touch with her. I called her several times but she was busy. I left messages but she did not respond. I then made an appointment with her through some other lady and finally accepted. The reason for not answering the phone was that she was busy with other clients. But I was a client too. Very disappointed with this level of service. Once I reached my destination in Sri Lanka, Singapore Airlines changed my return flight to one day earlier. They did not do so with the connecting flight. I informed Georgia that I will have to stay 24hrs transit in Singapore and would need a hotel. Can she talk to Singapore Airlines and amend the flight for a shorter transit time. Her response was that I would have to pay the gap. Mind you this change was from Singapore Airlines, not at my request and they should have ensured my comfortable return. Unfortunately Georgia was of no help. She just said you would have to pay for a sooner connecting flight. I then contacted a known travel agent in Sri Lanka and this change was effected free of charge. So where was the customer focus of Flight Centre towards my problem ? Were they trying to make money over my issue, when all it took was to liaise with Singapore Airlines? Very disappointed with Flight Centre. They should pay me compensation for mental agony and distress. Definitely not going back to them again.
I went to Blacktown first the service was very terrible no proper response. I then called Baulkham hills the lady Ms.Ellen Goodwin responded to my enquiry so well and asked me to come over. She listened to my request and solved my ticket issue.I am really happy with her service and recommend everyone to book your tickets from Baulkham hill office.
Whenever I tried to contact Katie, she was available, but if not, she rang back quickly - even when she was on holiday herself. She was a gem. She arranged changed bookings for us at the drop of a hat and everything went as smoothly as WE allowed. She was terrific. Congratulations and thanks, Katie.
Was looked after by a Ashleigh and she provided amazing service from planning my trip, checking in while I was on it and a welcome home email to see how everything went. She was easy to get in contact with and even when she wasn't in office she made sure her colleagues took care of me.
Unless you want to wait 3-5 business days for a phone call/email back from employees then by all means visit this Flight Centre. Some staff are incompetent at times and always trying to upsell even if you are clear on what you want. Vouchers and credit conveniently cant be found or take days to recover. This isn’t my first negative experience with them and unfortunately I had to continue with this branch because I had a voucher held with them.
