I have recently needed to contact this store on a number of occasions regarding a microwave purchased there. I have spoken to a number of different staff members. Apart from Alicia I unfortunately cannot remember their names. ALL of them went out of their way to assist and I found their customer service skills exceptional. Many thanks to them all. In an age where customer service skills are practically non existent this was a welcome change.nThanks again.
Website shows opening hours 8:00am to 9pm. Standing out front at 8:30am…guess what? They’re closed. Their level of SERVICE and product knowledge reflects the accuracy of their website.
I went in to buy a StarLink, the staff were very helpful and sorted me out very quickly, and had me on my way quick smart, very happy!
When it comes to new products - THEY ARE LIARS - the staff are usually amazing - we get discounts etc….. but Rochelle is a liar we told her we were going OS in 3 weeks - she assured us they had the new iPhone in stock - but we did have to wait 7 days for delivery. On the 7th day when their email tracking said it was being delivered - half an hour before they close as we had not received it we rang them - they said the phone had not even come into the warehouse in Brisbane let alone be delivered and suggested I go in the next day and ask for a refund. Great shop usually - don’t order anything and don’t believe the liars!!! If ain’t there you most likely will not get it!!!
Sales fella had super long hair and studs under his lip and boy did he know his stuff. So helpful and knowledgeable that we bought a TV without checking any other outlet, great price too. First time experience in Bundaberg but years of shopping in JB Melbourne … amazing staff, never a bum steer.
