Just came in today to purchase a power bank for my parents. The staff were fantastic to deal with very helpful and know their stuff. I always have great service with JayCar ipswich. Thanks guys appreciate it.

I had a problem with my 3D printer so I took the printer into the store Christopher and Nick were able to tune and show me how to get printing so a 100% thanks goes out to them but the store is great and all the staff are awesome thanks again guys

Came out with what I went in to purchase. The young man explained how to set the product up, and how to use it. Really good service.

I went in there to get a new 3D printer. Walked out of there a short time later with the product I wanted. I was really happy that they read my purchase history and saw I have experience with this product and didn’t try to upsell me with things I already have on my workbench.nI am happy with their service.nnIt’s a big store and happy to have made time to visit.

Ordered a filament runout sensor kit from here thinking I was getting a kit to install it however upon receiving the item it was however, NOT a kit. No mounting bracket, no cable to connect to the main board. Bloke that served seemed to be taking the piss saying I bought the wrong thing,it's not compatible, I should have got a kit...yet somehow it literally says KIT on the receipt and it's the only compatible runout sensor the have..staff attitude here is a let down, let go of the ego and be better.
