Had to buy a few large fridges for work and Brenton went above and beyond to help me arrange supply and delivery to the new building. Even though it's not his department. Testament to good customer service.

Five stars goes directly to Sami, one of the sales staff there. She was just great at ensuring that all items I bought (over $5,000 worth of goods) were price matched with competitors cheaper prices. Three months later, and the prices are still either cheaper or the same. Thank you so much Sami!

Walked passed the same guy 5 times and he didn't acknowledge me at all! All other staff were too busy talking to other employees rather than helping customers! You guys have one job? So do it right.

Don't recommend shopping here! 

The only reason I gave you this store 2 stars is because of your highly, well mannered security guy! That actually acknowledges people while they walk in and out.

Absolutely amazing service from Sami, crystal and the lady who works at the Brisbane warehouse. (Sorry I forget her name) went absolutely above and beyond. I'm stoked. It's so great to see this level of customer service. Thank you so much

Unfortunately there is no option to select no stars. Called the store and got redirected to the department I was after, however was on hold for a very long time. Called back and got a rude staff who continued to redirect me again to put me on hold after I had advised her of my long wait previously. No customer service here whatsoever.
