Trey was so helpful! I went in to buy a camera to add to my security system and also asked about a docket I couldn't find for my fridge. It's wasn't coming up under my name or phone number. We even tried searching the store i bought it from, Trey said if you happen to know the model number i could search it that way! Bang found it! Awesome work and service! Thank you.

Range is good staff are friendly. They look after their regulars. When I've had issues with items they are good on returns and getting you sorted. What more can you ask for in a shop?

Kyra was beyond helpful I went in to buy some records and she was amazing at helping me find them when they were not in store and just making it a great experience in all.

I witnessed perhaps the most incredible customer service today I've ever seen by a man named Jaymes.nnI was there for a product replacement, but the customer in front of me was there because she was concerned about the RADIATION coming out of her earphones and causing damage etc. Jaymes, drawing from his apparently extensive knowledge on non-ionising radiation was able to talk her down, help her understand, and she left happy and cheerful. It was incredible to witness. He of course solved my problem instantly.

I recently visited JB hifi Springfield to find a suitable WiFi modem, but the staff support was severely lacking. Despite having multiple staff members available, I had to wait for a long time without receiving any assistance. When I approached one of the staff members, they seemed uninterested and didn't offer any help.nnWhen I finally got to speak with a representative, they seemed uncertain about the products and weren't very helpful in finding the correct WiFi modem for my needs. They couldn't answer basic questions about the modems, and I had to do most of the research myself. The lack of product knowledge and poor communication made the experience frustrating.
