Elena and Beck were the loveliest people. They helped us with such a positive attitude and exceeded our customer experience expectations. They called other stores for us when we couldn't find the sizes we need, they helped us try to save as much money as we could with the stores discounts and grabbed clothes for us when we tried them on. Overwhelmingly positive. Thank you.
Clothes were okay but customer service was AMAZING. I was helped by Talia and they were wonderful and picked me out a bunch of clothes I really really liked. Talia was very kind to me and I left in a better mood than I come in with.

Awesome customer service. Thank you to the very busy staff today on the public holiday. To their credit the store was tidy and well recovered. And we were offered service to find the right size tshirt. Very impressive in these n times where customer service is hard to come by!!!

They had a decent range of sizes, but not only that, their customer service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were nice, chatty, and always super willing to help out. I loved the entire shopping experience
I needed some help to find the right size of jeans for my husband yesterday, so when the manager asked 'do you need some help?' I said 'yes' and told him what i was looking for. Instead he arrogantly pointed out that all the sizes are indicated on the side which I was well aware of and was doing for 5 minutes. However I was clearly struggling taking the jeans out due to how they were laid out. I guess he was more interested in folding clothes than helping out customers. I'm a regular shopper at Jay jays and I was just appalled by the treatment of a manager!
Great selection of clothing styles and availability of sizes. Friendly customer service from staff who were helpful with retrieving the needed size from those neat piles and nice conversation thereafter.
