Worst customer service I have ever received. Looking at items and then being asked if i can afford them! Disgusted with the poor treatment! I will never shop at gasp again, feels more like a room full of bitchy stalking pests then customer service! I would give 0 stars if i could. FYI yes i can afford but will not tolerate poor treatment.
Horrible experience, I would not even give a one star, only because it will not allow me to post if i dont rate it. there is no change room, and no sign that said you are not allowed to try on dresses. Sales lady was so so pushy, material of the clothing is low class, not worth the value. I would suggest everyone to look at the review before you spend a single penny there. Also they are not generous with Cancellation at all unless you take the matter further.
Customer service is an absolute nightmare. Never stepping into a Gasp store again. Staff in store were up-themselves, unhelpful and rude, and staff in head office were even worse.
