Gold Coast based Japan Karate - Do Hakuakai is a Not a Profit Karate association.

The aim of our clubs are to foster good, healthy and moral athletes. Hakuakai Karate is based on a traditional Japanese style of karate called Shotokan, and our training classes respect the traditions and philosophy of Budo (武道) the traditional Japanese Martial Art.

It is completely non/semi contact and a great way to keep your child active and focused. It is also a great way for adults to get fit and healthy.

The best karate club. A supportive and caring environment for kids to thrive and strive for their best. All about encouraging personal best, and setting high standards rather than being run by fear and intimidation . No money chasing and ridiculous gradings.  No hobby group with substandard instruction.  Our family is very happy.

After dragging the children from one end of the coast to the other trying out Karate Clubs. This one hands down is the very best. 
The Passion is like none I have ever encountered, from the Sensai to the Senpai’s to the students, the teachings the dedications and the commitment is incredible.
Thank you for all that you do in developing growth and confidence within our children.

Such a great environment for my little Miss 11 to learn Karate.  Could not speak highly enough about the inclusive and supportive encouragement she gets from all members of this club no matter the age.

I had a wonderful experience with the Hakuakai Karate club. Such a welcoming and supportive group of people to grow with. Sensei Dhanesh is a wonderful and extremely skillful teacher, who I couldn't recommend more, along with his beautiful family who guide the students throughout the martial art classes.

We love being members of this fantastic club. After a bad experience at a past club it is so good to see our son happy and comfortable learning from Sensei Dhanesh in a really welcoming and encouraging environment.
