Ordered 3 caps, a latte and a baby chino take away as my little two year old was being less then cooperative. The lady behind the counter was very delightful and our order was perfect. The coffee was a good temperature, and they were ready pretty quickly. Everyone enjoyed their coffees. Very happy.
Great customer service the items had great presentation. We got a caramel coffee frappe tasted great, iced coffee and a coffee milkshake which we didn’t like at all. The Coffee was a little bitter and strong for us but still nice to try somewhere new and will return again and try it with less coffee but still great place and people.
Chocolate milkshake for the child was off the utmost importance and they delivered it first to keep the hungry child at bay. Then ours was to follow. The meals here are well proportioned and tasty. The coffees are not too bad either. If you are looking for a feed in a hurry then spend s little time in this well established shop. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Cheers big ears
Jamaica Blue Gladstone is an amazing place to go to catch up with friends and to enjoy lovely coffee and great food. Staff are friendly and are always helpful. They also have a little kiddie area for the kids which is a bonus. I was also chosen to try their coffee and I am grateful to be a part of the campaign and was able to share this with friends. Coffee was creamy, no bitterness to it and was just overall lovely.
I am from out of town visiting family. Thought we might go here for lunch with family including two children. The worst food and worst experience ever, not to mention the length of time the meals took. One meal came out after asking after 3/4 hour. Waited for the next meals…. Still not ready. Got up and asked again. Still not ready. Finally got up and asked AGAIN. Got two meals. One more child meal to go. Waited AGAIN !!! Got up and asked again after a while. Finally got the last child’s . Food was of very poor quality, but ate it as the 2 children were hungry. The family at the next table got up after waiting for their meals , then asked for their money back and left. Restaurant was not busy. So it will be a NEVER eat at this place EVER again. 70 dollars just wasted. On a lighter note, the front of house staff were stressed , but kept their cool and were very nice and apologetic.
have just spent 5 weeks in Gladstone,and every time we go to Jamaica Blue which averaged every second day the coffee and meals were spot on. Thanks Steve, for cooking and delivering it to the table,A1. Never had any problem with the staff, if really busy, you were acknowleged, and coffee would come along shortly. Thanks for a great month Jamaica Blue staff, keep up the great work!!
Popped in here for a quick lunch food was really good however we waited quite some Time for our tea and coffee. The milk jug for the tea was disgusting inside with brown marks all the way through it. Many dirty tables if I could add the photos I would !!
Love the food here!
My partner and I had our breakfast there this morning and it couldn’t have gone better. Our server Maggie was a delight, with a friendly face and enjoyable conversation. Highly recommend to anyone wanting somewhere amazing to eat or enjoy a drink.
Friendly staff, kindly suggested an upgraded meal when my order was no longer available. Very polite staff.
