Nice views, bland food. I came here for a Thursday evening dinner. We enjoyed the sunset. It was quite busy. But the food was disappointing. The salad was uninspired, the beef was tough. The crispy chicken burger was bland. Prices are on the higher side, $27 for a chicken parmi. I’d come here for a drink but skip the food next time.
Fantastic view, plenty of seating and parking. We chose the Barramundi and also the calamari. Both were delicious and well priced.
Food is Great and they serve it faster than expected , Such a nice view they also have a huge serving so you will be have a happy tummy after.
Wednesday night was pretty busy but service was reasonably quick and the food is well priced and the servings are large. Well worth a visit.
Excellent food and great ambience. Glad we called in. Check out our meal photos.Food: 5/5
It appears who ever is running the kitchen hates seasoning. I didn't even know it was possible to make food taste so much like nothing. I've had boiled chicken with more flavor. They got the second star because the bar and servers where lovely.
Low grade at best. Staff had the personality of the cheap marine carpet on the floor. Food was overpriced to the max and no better than something youd buy from a corner fish n chip shop. A schooner of standard beer was more expensive than a craft beer from the microbrewery up the street. Had everything been realistically priced i might have given it 3 stars but the ridiculous premium prices they are charging at least warrant decent service from the staff. Go to auckland hill micro brewery instead of wasting your money at this joint
Just what the docotor ordered!, the menu had a variety of choices, the beverages were cold and the service friendly. For my meal I had a porterhouse steak which a was cook beautiful medium rare and there was a good assortment of vegies, and if you like crunchie chips this is the place for you. All in all the meal came out quickly and the view from the balcony overlooking the water was very nice too. We will be back before we leave for sure!
Menu is a bit pricey but the food was good. Only been the once though, so will have to try again to see if it's value for money. Vegetarian options: Rabbit food is available Kid-friendliness: Not much there for kids to do to be entertained. Parking: Plenty of parking available Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is upstairs, not sure if a ramp or lift was available as there was nothing obvious in that regard.
This is a cute, must visit restaurant in Gladstone. The verandah overlooking the ocean is beautiful and you can enjoy having your meal with a wonderful view!! The meals are quiet large and very tasty. Staff was poliet and friendly too.
