Great tasting and healthy lunches. keep an eye on the daily specials and blackboard specials for a great feed. Oh, treats are really tasty and almost healthy.

We had breakfast at the Jam Jar this morning and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had exactly what we would enjoy, Thank you to all the staff.
Place was busy during the lunch break, the reason being was the food and the coffee is absolutely superb and extremely popular. Staff are great as well. Well worth the wait and highly recommended.
I had a soy chai latte was was really nice and an espresso which was perfect it wasn't bitter at all!. Staff were great, let us of laughter which is so nice to see on a Monday morning before work
Unique venue, small.. Kinda like the meals.. Friendly service with a hint of sass. recommend to try once.
