I had such a wonderful experience and treatment. I'm new to Cairns and did my research prior to booking - so I understand the importance of reviews and I HIGHLY recommend Jade Cosmetics! I had a Hydra-Facial and LED with Cassandra, she was so lovely, experienced and took the time to understand my concerns and what treatment would best suit my skin. After the treatment, Michael was so personable and knowledgeable around the products and made me feel so welcome. I can't wait for my next treatment! Thank you Cassandra and Michael - you are both wonderful.
I had the most amazing experience today and Jade cosmetic clinic. I walked out feeling like a new women and didn’t even have a treatment done!!! I had the most informative consult with Lisa, and I left feeling empowered about skin journey. Following my consult with Lisa, she introduced me to Michael down in the Skin clinic/ skin gym. Michael further more shared an abundance of knowledge and support with showcasing and recommendations of product. Again, I left feeling empowered and confident with my Bag of goodies. I truly feel like of been welcomed into a family and I’m so excited to start my skin journey. Thank you Lisa and Michael xx
Best decision I’ve ever made coming here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist with by the way the NICEST skin - which I later found out was due to the skin products they sell! Shut up and take my money!! the environment is so relaxing, it smells amazing and I was offered the most delicious tea. And this is all before meeting the amazing Lisa! She is literally the best. She actually CARES. She listens to your needs and communicates with you about how to go about it. She made me feel like I was in super safe PRO hands. Which was a big deal for me coming from some not so great past experiences with injections. It’s now been 4 days since my appointment and I can confirm she knows what she’s talking about/doing ladies! Xx

I visited Jade cosmetics for the first time and was welcomed by a lovely lady behind the reception and two gorgeous puppies, I felt at ease right away. I saw Nurse Sam who was also very professional and friendly and explained my treatment very thoroughly. I will definitely be going back again.
This was be far, one of the best treatments I’ve received anywhere. From the moment I walked in, it was perfection. The clinic is absolutely beautiful, the people are so lovely and the treatment was extremely relaxing but achieved the results I was after. I couldn’t recommend them high enough.
I’m enthusiastic about this experience! I got my lip filler done by nurse Jayde and she was really sweet and kind! Everything has been well explained to me and I can’t be more happy with the result! If I’ll need to get something else done in the future I’ll definitely come back here. This was my first experience because I’ve never had any injectable done before and I was a little bit scared, but everything turned out to be more than good! I definitely recommend this clinic. Also, the two little dogs that welcomed me when i entered the clinic put me a huge smile on the face, they really made my day!
I can’t recommend Lisa Price and Jade Cosmetic Clinic enough! I went in expecting to pay a certain amount and Lisa walked me through all my options which resulted in me paying less than I expected. She is completely honest with you and won’t let you get a treatment that won’t give you the outcome you want even if it means you spend less there. She is truly an artist at injectables and very trustworthy. Thank you Lisa!
Had my first experience at Jade Cosmetic Clinic in Cairns today and was very happy with the service. Kind, gentle and friendly staff & a lovely atmosphere to the whole clinic. Will definitely be returning!
