Love the bubble tea s here, lychee slushy is one of my favourite..but last time it was too sweet ..overall a good place

Great place to eat quiet and comfy. Food is really good and very well priced. The WeChat and Facebook discount is a killer! Highly recommended to all. You can't ask for more

Randomly stopped for a quick dinner. Food arrived fast. Fried rice was a big let down. No flavor at all. But bbq pork and fried chicken rice combination was great.

My husband need do number 2 after lunch at j's tea today...a very bad one... food was just not good and side dishes was just no flavor...noodles and dumplings were just taste not good  And price were too high! We definitely will not be going back again!

Used to love this place sooooo much until it’s price rise from $10 to $18 for the same meal some$15

Good food with tea is really food. I ordered egg rolls and free cabab, jasmine tea with jasmine felly had double topping pearl.
