Looks good on paper.. but they don't seem to be cooking their own food.. waffles were cold.. after waiting for a while, noticed 1 staff member was away n returned later with a bag from New World... wonder if my pancakes were from there? The hot choc was nice though
The best chilli chocolate I've ever had
Nice place for quick dessert fix! I have tried the waffles and hot beverages and they taste so delicious. Would definitely try other drinks they have to offer. This place is a must. Customer service is good too.
I really love their coffee and the hot chocolate too. The mocha is really good too. If you haven't tried Theobroma coffee yet, you really should do it asap!
Absolutely appalling customer service. So bipolar! One day they are alright/nice and the next day super rude. It’s as if they don’t even want your money. Such a shame because the food & drink is really nice. Would recommend visiting a different branch if you want theobroma, you will regret your visit at botany
Love this place - great coffee, yummy waffles and the friendliest staff
Great coffee and other drinks, well known for their hot and other chocolate drinks. Foods reasonably good, service is nice and friendly. Good stop in the mall with comfortable seating etc.
The best coffee place to relax and sweet treats... I enjoy the freshly baked chocolate waffles.
Great coffee at its best. Awesome presentation of coffee cups with smoothly deliciously tasting Mochacino coffee.
