IXL Long Bar

Had a great night there with my partner. The two piece band were looking for ideas and played every request with gusto! The two magnificent bartenders kept us plied with some of the finest cocktails, rum and whisky I've had. On tap was a seasonal beer that I fell in love with. The venue is cosy, and comfortable. The bar - with lights under glass - shows off the skill of the bartenders with a reflective glow. The crowd a slightly older one. An easy ace to have a conversation without trying to shout over the top of music or other folk. One of the highlights of my visit to Hobart

Definitely five star. Signature cocktails are fantastic in flavor. Easy to get dizzy - in a good way. Love the trio performance.

Went here a couple of times while in Hobart because the cocktail menu was so good. Service was super friendly and interesting - can't remember his name but the bar tender had plenty of great recommendations for the area too. Thanks for making a great trip even better.

Enjoy small plates and cocktails or just a cool beer. Often hosting talented Jazz Musicians or even an opera trained singer. Hobart's oldest street laced with sandstone romance. IXL Bar has wonderful friendly staff highly trained and eager to enhance your Hobart Experience.

Heard they had great cocktails so went to check it out before bringing friends. Waited 7 minutes while 2 bar staff gave one customer smell tests of different liquors before walking out.

Enjoyed some cocktails before heading off to dinner. Friendly staff with good knowledge of drinks and suggestions to try. Lovely cocktails both in presentation and taste.
