Great vibe. Quiet and chilled. The service was great and you look out over Sullivan's Cove. The wall of spirits was amazing. The lighting in the place gives it a relaxed intimate vibe. Definitely worth a visit.
The bar staff were so helpful. The cocktail and spirits menus were absolutely amazing, a great way to try a range of different drinks. Their Tasmanian spirit selection is thorough, and goes beyond the usual two or three distilleries. The free popcorn is very tasty too.
Love the fossil theme in the place. Well presented. Friendly staff, great selection of whisky too.

Great bar at fantastic location. We were greeted with a nice smile and the bartender was able to serve something which wasn't in menu. I didn't order whisky but they have wide variety..loved the decor too, still preferred outside seating. Will go again ... Highly recommended
I had such a great time here and never gave it the 5 stars it deserved. If I'm in Hobart I always come here with my family. The staff make it the place it is - business would be lost without them 100%.
