DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. My replacement phone screen from this store broke within 24 hours while I had it in my pocket, within a week of that it's had two more cracks in unrelated places on the phone. Clearly they're using the cheapest screens possible while calling it a "premium LCD replacement". $150 wasted with the owner refusing to refund unless I deal with Fair Trading QLD instead of dealing with this himself like any other reputable business owner would. The phone number that can be found online is disconnected which is clearly very unprofessional (0426663888 is the owners number for anyone else attempting a refund)

“Optus advises that the number you have dialed has been disconnected.” Called the number on their website that’s only thing I’ve heard. Shop with no working phone number and don’t bother to update their website.

Well I don't know from where all those comments came from, I have had the worst ever experience with this place. I sent my laptop to have my lcd and keyboard replaced. And the guy in the shop told me well that is gonna cost u 169 $ for an hour repair, and I paid all the money in advance . After 1 hour I received the laptop and he told me all good. The screen was blinking constantly and the mouse pad was not working !!!.
At the beginning he told me oh that is the screen, which was a brand new one out of the box and the bubble wrap. Then he told me it is your mother board then the video card !!!! 
I asked him to plug it into an external screen and everything was working fine he went back to the same story of the new LCD is defect.
Finally he asked me to keep it in the shop over the night and the second day the screen and keyboard are working,so apparently the screen was not a defect!!
He then asked me did If I dropped my laptop, and my reply was negative. 

He said well your battery is cracked and the cooling fan is not working !!! and he then told me they can order one for 149 $ . At that point I said no thanks, then came the next shock that they lost my charger and he confirms that it was not there and I confirmed it was there and I am 100 % positive. Last thing they will look for it and if not order a replacement .At the moment am waiting to see what they will do regarding the charger, I will then take the laptop to another shop and verify what really went wrong with that battery and fan! 
I normally don't put negative comments on anyone ever but this place I couldn't hold myself

Follow up, I have submitted a complain to that resolution Center before the owner recommended that, and no one ever is concerned about replying or even gave me a call as they promised. My laptop is still there and I am waiting for their reply !!!!

I've never been to a store that had a more friendly assortment of staff that would help you figure out and resolve any problem you have(within reason of course, you don't go to an IT store and expect them to be able to give you relationship counseling). Usually I would be more than happy to take advantage of any store's deals they have going on, but the people there have just been a real treasure every time I've been there that I personally would want to make sure their shop succeeds by paying that little bit more, if I have an appropriate amount of money of course. It really says something when I want to go and ask the staff if they want a snack or something to give them as a form of thank you for all the help.

In essence(TL:DR): The IT Shop at Garden City is fantastic and I have begun recommending it to my good friends and would indeed suggest that anyone looking for anything IT related should give them a visit.

I needed a decent keyboard for work and I ended up purchasing a Dragonwar keyboard for $129. It is AWESOME!! And exactly what I was after. The service from Curtis was excellent and his quality advice was accurate and easy to understand. Thanks again for your help. :-)
