Good customer service. Provided free analysis of the phones problems and took the time to go through all available options with no pressure to make an on the spot decision. At all times was friendly and courteous. Can't comment if their quoted prices are comparable to others as no research was done, so this feedback is just for their customer service.

Too expensive just for new glass replacement $220 just for glass but wow wait for it.....
My lord it comes with a 3 month warranty 
Needs better service and more importantly $$

Customer service woes. My blackberry sim reader was stuffed. I waited nearly two weeks and myself calling multiple times and not once a call from them. 
    Quite a number of days before they even looked at it and then to find out  the part ordered had not arrived. Where was the follow up on their side to the supplier? So no phone for all that time and wasted. Even thou I asked them for a loan mobile at the start. They said no. Bad customer service. And every time I had to call them to get an update..............
