This company came out 3 times to fix my gelato display and could not fix it. First time it was a probe, second time it was a gas leak. third time the unit was contaminated. I was charged $1000+ after the 2nd visit. The gentleman who runs it JEFF, is rude, arrogant and pretend he is doing you a favour, when he is overcharging and not fixing the problem. The technician would sit around and do nothing and charge you. The technicians last visit was 15 June 2021, On 16th June i organised another independent technician and immediately the issues were found. Surprisingly, my compressor has malfunctioned and no longer works 1 day after ITALIAN GELATO Concepts technician left my store. Where's the duty of care? Where's the standard practices to identify issues? This is my experience with them and now i have a gelato freezer that i paid $15000 for and the compressor is blown.
