We recently started working with a new company, and Situation IT is providing our IT support. They are easily reachable and take care of all of my problems.
The single worse business I have ever come across - Everything is / was a lie. They suggest they work 24/7, 100% incorrect. Try calling on a weekend or a late night with a serious issue, the phone will 99.9% ring out and they don't have a mobile ? Doesn't sound / look like it's 24/7 to me ? Maybe 1/7 MAX. Ask to meet in person at their Address: Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane City QLD 4000. Also ask to meet all 26 Employees : Looks like a scam, smells like a scam most likely a scam. Seriously do NOT bother - Heaps of better companies and service. Not bitter at all just, Disgusted. This is meant to help people, I took a punt with this and it hurt my pockets hard. Don't let the same thing happen to you. Hope this saves someone else...
