As a tenant, I have no cause to complain, the team at Iron Bridge have been very professional throughout our term. Issues were quickly removed in our property and we have received a decent flow of information regarding our landlords’ change of ownership. If we were to rent again, we’d be happy to do so through Iron Bridge.

I dealt with them as a unit owner which was part of a Body Corp. The service I got throughout the 7 years we had the unit was amazing. The lady was so helpful and always so prompt. She was so helpful as well to deal with EQC after the quakes.
When we decided to buy a rental place we did not look any further than going with Iron Bridge. This time around, we are getting the same great service and communication. Totally at ease leaving the management of my rental with them.
Highly recommend them.

Katy Moore, our property manager is proactive and always has a professional but friendly attitude. She has recently found a new tenant for us to move in the day after our current tenant moves out which is amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Tim&Sarah Davies.

Margaret was our property manager and she's excellent. We've definitely had our fare share of terrible property managers, but Margaret was very caring and was always happy to answer our queries in a timely manner. I would highly recommend working with her.

I have dealt with Iron Bridge as a landlord for years now and I feel that they provide a great service at competitive rates. I have found Lisa from the Christchurch branch to be very professional and knows the market very well. I would recommend them to look after your investment.
