GO in with a good attitude, open to discussions and kind to staff and you will be treated equally in return. Great staff, humorous and banter filled if you are too. Been in twice this year once for examination another time recently for surgery, they stuck to my lactose and gluten free diet and had lots of respect after small talk for each other. Nothing but great service.
I had a procedure recently. I was very nervous but I was made feel at ease by the lovely nurses Mark Michelle and the young lady in recovery. Also Dr Omar and dr Joshua and reception staff. Thank you for looking after me. Very much appreciated. I would recommend Ipswich Day Hospital.
Husband had two cataracts removed today, and new lenses inserted at Ipswich Day Hospital. The staff were fantastic - from the initial contact to him being given the all clear to go home. Excellent service, friendly and efficient staff, both in reception and the operating area. Thank you for making the day go smoothly and looking after him so well. Would recommend Ipswich Day Hospital any day.
Nice caring staff and their sandwich maker is awesome needed post op, make you feel as if your at home.
I would highly recommend the Ipswich Day Hospital for any upcoming procedure you may require. During my recent experience at the hospital I found the service from ALL the STAFF to be of the highest standard. I was well informed and very well cared for from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. Please give yourself a very big pat on the back, it is very well deserved - your exceptional dedication and service is amazing!!!!!!
My wife had a procedure today and was very happy with the facility. The staff, doctors and nursing staff were helpful, friendly and informative. She could not fault the facility at all and would highly recommend it.

Absolutely worse explanation for procedures and then rescheduled then the nurse was absolutely negligent for pre administration and said it was my fault
Had a procedure there today staff were very busy due to covid restrictions but were still very friendly,polite and professional highly recommend them.Great job and thank you.
I had endoscopy done and they were rushing to complete procedure and even Don’t bother to take biopsy which is the only way to find progressing of my condition.very upsetting.
