The only thing that's missing are proper changing rooms. Helpful and friendly staff, and adequate machines.

My review is based on a very poor experience with a trainer at this gym. I signed up for an 8 week challenge in preparation for my wedding and paid in full upfront. In the first 3 wks, she cancelled 2 sessions and failed to show up for another 2! When I called her after the second missed session, she refused to apologise and was rude and abrupt on the phone. She then dropped me as a client and blamed management. I chose this trainer as she prompted including fitness into a work life balance and not making excuses. I am very disappointed that in my 8 wk challenge that the only thing letting me down was the trainer.
