I have only just started CrossFit Mooloolaba and it is life changing!!!!

The afternoon classes are filled with a tight knit crew which are happy to help any new comer and make them feel welcome. Working as a team to help you reach your own personal goals and showing you how to reach them on your own through mental toughness and encouragement!! 

The Trainer knows exactly what to say to you, to keep you motivated, to keep you determined. 

All in all I couldn't imagine a better place to get fit! With a different work out every day you can't get bored!! Only sore :p

Started CrossFit about 3 months ago since joining CrossFit Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast I've seen amazing results in short period of time. I am stronger, faster, fitter than I have ever been before and I'm never bored with the workouts. The guys at the 'box' have given me a real leg up with nutrition and technique - there's a great sense of community and you get personal attention throughout your WOD. Can't rate the place enough - Brad & Justin you guys a legends, keep up the great work!
