3 days in to a week long stay. I had to take the time to write a review. I can't fault the hotel or staff. The room is comfortable, cleaned promptly every day without delay. The facilities are faultless, the gym and business centre are clean, functional and easily accessible. The breakfast is delicious and all staff members are polite, friendly and professional. The thing that I must commend is the service.  It has been exceptional!! Every greeting, service request and question has been managed with a smile, professionalism and finesse

As usual, why look anywhere else other than InterContinental?  After a three week trip to Singapore earlier this year had me checking in and out of 4 different hotels, the final one was the InterContinental at Robertson Quay. For 10 nights I didn’t budge - and decided then and there that InterContinental was always going to be my first choice.  Have since been back to the InterContinental at Robertson Quay, stayed at the Intercontinental in Paris and today checked into Perth’s InterContinental on Hay St for the first time. Unsurprisingly, impeccable. The property, the staff and the service! 10/10. Will definitely be back.  There’s nowhere else for me.

The Perth Intercontinental is conveniently located in the CBD close to shops and restaurants. The service is what you would expect of a hotel of this class and cannot be faulted. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I visited during a week of hot weather and noticed that the air-conditioning seemed to struggle to cool the rooms. Not a big deal but it was warm enough to be slightly uncomfortable.

We loved our stay at the Intercontinental, central location, staff were lovely and the 24/7 reception was fantastic for a late flight arrival. Special mention to the staff at the daily breakfast, they were all friendly and were a stand out during our stay! Only less one star as the room service was very limited, if the menu options were expanded it would be a 5 star for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at the Perth intercontinental. The highlight for me was the amazing concierge staff!! Unfortunately I didn’t get their names down, but the tanned, skinny gentleman, the lady with her hair tied in a bun and the Australian lady with glasses were all so friendly and helpful. They recommended that we go to Langley park for Australia Day, visit Fremantle and kings park, which all turned out to be amazing. So lovely. My only complaint is that the lady named Sage wouldn’t bring us extra water after we finished the complimentary bottle, which felt a bit stringy. I wish there was more water provided.
