Very nice place to stay. Lovely friendly staff and suites are great. Very close to main attractions - Hay St mall Elizabeth Quay, main station etc. And the free CAT buses are great - from nearby outside the door to anywhere in the city Rooms: Spacious and well equipped with the basics for self catering if you wish. Safety: Opens direct onto Barrack Street which runs right down to Elizabeth Quay. This end of the stret has some rough sleepers but they don't seem to cause any problem Walkability: Within walking distance of main shopping malls, riverfront facilities and main station. And of course the free bus service
The apartment has a kitchen which is a very big advantage and the services and rooms are really good. I would refer this apartment to anyone who wants to cook their own food and it has got a washing machine and drier as well which saves additional cost to laundry. I really loved this place! . Of course it's a little costly.Rooms: 4/5
Love this hotel. Use it often. Excellent rooms. Fully equipped. Could easily live there as it has everything you need. Staff are wonderful. One even remembers me and welcomes me by name. Great location. Around the corner from the Perth city centre. Great hotel. Thank you.Rooms: 5/5
Very dated but very high prices. Smells weird in the corridors and in the room. Furniture maybe 15 years old or more. Random amounts of cutlery plates and glasses like they got lost or broken and not replaced. Amazing that they can charge more than $300 a night to be honest.Rooms: 2/5
The room is dirty and the housekeeping is bad. The room is dated. If you are driving, bad news. You might need to park your car away from the hotel because the hotel does not have enough parking lots for their guests. The only positive is the location. There's a Woolsworth right opposite the hotel and several good eating spots within 5 minutes walking distance.
Staff were really nice and the location is great. Apartment itself is quite old and outdated. Didn't have the greatest view either. Limited parking available for an extra $30. Would not recommend taking a bigger car up the driveway to park, unless you really rate your driving skills then go for it . Noteworthy details: Parking onsite for an extra $30. Bottle shop downstairs and convenience shop around the corner. A few items available for our hase from the hotel itself too e.g. Laundry powder.
Decent enough accommodation. Little dated perhaps, but certainly does the job. Few more plates, cups and utensils would have been nice. Pool needs to be refurbished pretty badly.Rooms: 4/5
I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. The hallway leading to my room had an overwhelming odor of fish, which was extremely off-putting, and why the hell was the floor lumpy? The overall condition of the hotel was poor - it was old, outdated, and lacked basic maintenance. The rooms were unclean and moldy, creating a very unhealthy and unpleasant atmosphere. The staff were nice but clearly the management has given up. I was very disappointed with my stay and would not choose to return to this hotel.
Its alright i guess. The showers are fused with the bathtub which for me is akward in some ways The cleaning service is nice. They clean everytime I leave the building. Overall 9.6/10 Would like to see future improvements
2bdr hotel with a gym, sauna, pool, in the cbd with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in the hotel industry. To top it off, I accidentally forgot my watch in my room and went back home to Sydney. Linda contacted me, when her staff found it, and sent it back via Australia Post to my home, free of charge. If that’s not transparent service, with integrity that is going above and beyond for its customers, I don’t know what is. Thank you so much Linda & the Adina Apartment Hotel Barrack Plaza team. I definitely will be back.
