My husband and I have been with Insure for over 20 years now and there service is outstanding. There team is very professional and are always in contact with us to make sure that our needs have been cover when our circumstances change. They also make sure that our whole family is well looked after and they also meet with us every 3 months to make sure nothing has change. I can't recommend Insure Qld Pty Ltd enough. Thanks guys.

I've been dealing with Insure QLD for a number of years now and they always go above and beyond to ensure I get the best cover tailored to my needs. The quality of the work and customer service is excellent and beyond compare. Would recommend most highly.

To get personalised customer service and professionalism from your Insurance Agent these days is pretty rare. In fact, most of the advertising you are bombarded with, comes from big Insurance Companies with a Call centre operator (that is usually based somewhere far from our shores) to take your calls and answer any queries regarding your very valuable insurances. This is not very comforting, when the person you are talking to doesn't really care and half the time we don't understand each other. There is something to be said about the personal touch! 6 years ago I swapped from dealing directly with a large impersonal insurance company to Insure QLD which is a small tight knit team which is run by the guy who owns the business (Terry) and his wife. I was pleasantly surprised that they can provide all the types of insurances that the big companies do, even though my needs were very specific. I recommend to anyone who is reading this review to do what I did and experience the difference.

They have always exceeded my expectations when I need help with my insurance. A very professional team, always prompt to reply and very helpful when we have any queries. It is great to get personalised service rather than talking to a machine at a large insurance company.
