After having tried our hand at running our own rental property without the success we anticipated and selling for a loss we were reluctant to go again.
After listening to the whole program with Carey Investors Choice Group representative we decided to take the opportunity to travel to Queensland.
The whole experience was extremely professional and both my wife Karen and myself found the owners Steve and Sharon to be as professional and passionate as Carey.
A chance to good to knock back.

Overall an excellent experience. One or two minor issues regards timely contact / responses once signed on the dotted line, but is always resolved in a timely manner when pursued. Had absolutely no issues with regards the quality of the dwelling nor the market valuation and financial arrangements with Manhire. Brilliant on-line day to day live view of your house being constructed. We are currently building our second property so obviously have no regrets over the first. We are a busy family and would really struggle to do all the admin etc. on our own. Give them an MKR score of 9 out of 10.
