"Insulmax injected blown fibre insulation and mineral wool insulation is the preferred product our contractors use for existing walls, ceilings and sub floors. Manufactured by melting and spinning inert minerals to form fine strands, these strands are then milled to form a very high performing blown micro fibre insulation.An inert water repellent agent is then added which makes the product very resistant to the absorption of liquid water. The products used will not wick water and are a fully breathable. The milled micro fibres are able to be blow installed via small holes.The thermal performance of Insulmax® is better than most types of conventional segment insulation & the only retro wall insulation method awarded CodeMark certification"

Eamonn, Sam, and the team were great. The main thing was that the walls are now well insulated. To add to that, they were also excellent communicators, pretty careful dragging all the necessary things around the house, cleaned up, and came back as fast as they could when I managed to heat the house well and find the last little bits to fill between some weird house framing. Insulation inside walls is not very photogenic, but I've attached an infrared picture of one of the windows that shows how much warmer the walls are than the windows.
The Insulmax team installed wool insulation in my walls yesterday. I came home to find the house tidy, with holes re-plastered and plaster cleaned from the floors. They only took one day to do a three bedroom house and the price was extremely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by how unobtrusive the holes were. The team also went the extra mile to keep curtains tied up and clear of the plaster, as well as removing a couple of mirrors/paintings that I'd forgotten to take down. Communication was prompt, friendly and reassuring. I highly recommend this service.
Absolutely fantastic job. Our wooden paneled lounge desperately needed insulation and the work by Insulmax has made a huge difference to the warmth of this room. Eamonn and the team were great! They were amazing at accomodating our quick turn around time we decided to get this done last minute while repainting the exterior of the house. The team always arrived on time too. We’ve definitely noticed a difference in retaining the warmth in the house. Particularly that the house retains the heat for longer into the night. The team at Insulmax are great. They worked with me to arrange wall insulation around a vacancy at our rental. They did a good job down a difficult-to-access property, and tidied up after themselves. We noticed straight away that the temperature of the property was much more stable - no more daily highs and lows. While it was a fairly warm and sheltered home before, it's now even more comfortable all year round. An unexpected bonus was that the property is less affected by road and rail noise - it's so peaceful inside now. We did need to do a little bit of plastering and painting after they did their job as they told us it would, but since it had been about 9 years since the last paint job at that property, it was needed anyway, and the property is much better for it. It's not the cheapest improvement to a home, but I think it's worth it due to the increased health and comfort of occupants, decreased energy use we are all living on the same planet, so this benefits us even if we are not living there, quietness, and money savings long term - while tenants save on power bills and reduced need for sick leave, the landlord saves from decreased need to resolve mould issues and repaint - it doesn't take long for this to pay for itself. I also expect to have longer term tenants - it will be hard for them to find a comparable property to move into, and this saves me the expense and stress of finding new ones. Totally recommend Insulmax.
Fantastic result - house was noticeably warmer after it was done. Very pleased with the result, and way better method than my original plan, which was to pull the gib off and install batts. External wall holes were filled and primed very well. A couple of internal holes were missed, and most of them shrunk and thus require more plastering - easy job if you are handy, but something to bear in mind if not, as there are a lot of them.Service: Drywall installation

I had my a conversation with Eamonn last Thursday and the job was done yesterday, four days later! The walls are now insulated so hopefully the noisy neighbors will not be a issues anymore! A 3 man team did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Natasha and the term made sure it was all done before the weather took a turned.
