We have just passed our final code of compliance inspection for an extension/renovation we have done on our 1960's home. We had BK Patterson do the build and project manage the job. We were extremely happy with the process and the accuracy of the original quote despite a few variations along the way. We lived in the house for the entirety of the project and the builders were extremely respectful and clean. We appreciate all you have done to get us into our renovated home for Christmas and Summer.
We have just finished a full renovation with BK Patterson, from the very beginning the sit down meetings were fantastic and definitely made you feel confident about the process. Always knowledgeable throughout with advice on why certain ideas or products are not suitable for the project at hand. Over the moon with the finished product and highly recommenced to anyone A+
These guys are great value, amazing attention to detail and made sure we knew what was going on everyday. We finished a big renovations and found some dodgy and unsafe building work when we took off the walls, which BK fixed up real quick. highly recommend
BK Patterson Builders - especially Nic who I have dealt with, has always been great and his craftsmanship is A+. Would highly recommended to others !
